Templates are an important part of setting up systems and removing yourself from day-to-day activities.
That is one of Rob’s goals…and the topic of discussion today.
If you are just joining us, then you should catch up to get the background…

- The third session is here.
Last time, we talk about the content creation process. Specifically, Rob documented the as-is and the to-be processes around content creation.
The result was a list of templates that will be used to make the process less labor intensive. We are looking at those templates today.

Here are some notes from Rob…
- The inspiration for the Amazon Review Template in here:
- Writing templates can be used for any niche (Amazon product reviews, “best article, etc)
- Don’t need to recreate templates for each new site.
- Nice tip: “I give high reviews. We can split contracts into smaller batches for better ratings.”
- I’ve been using this with great success.
- Skies the limit with the content process
- Content creation less stressful. I can create a site every two weeks

Hey guys great session. I see for prodicy reviews you suggest 500-700 words. How do your 500 word product reviews make out?
Hey Marc, thanks for checking it out! Sorry on the delay. I have been moving & I think Rob has been away from his desk this week.
They work out well for me…however, I think the search volume makes a difference. So a big search volume, like 1000+, deserves more content.
Do you have any insight to share on the topic?
Hey Doug and Rob
Great stuff!! Thanks for the 7 templates. All of them were super useful. I have a question though. If I want to increase the number of words for the reviews to about 1000 words, where should the extra words go into? Will you make any changes to the template?
Cheers
Jane
Jane, thanks for the comment & checking out the video.
Sorry on the delay.
I would probably add more to the features & review sections. Use your best judgement based on the product.
There is no one right answer to that question. What sections were you thinking to add more content?
Hey, I can’t see where to download any templates – it’s missing on the page from my end.
I don’t see the option where to unlock the content?
Let me double check on that, Carlo.
Carlo, you should be able to see a content locker? What device & browser are you using?
Hey Doug and Rob
Just seen you’ve used my Amazon reviews template here for inspiration – I’m so pleased you’re using this as I’ve had great success with it.
Thanks for linking back – I appreciate it 🙂
Best wishes
Loz
Thanks for sharing the templates, they will definitely help me speed up my content creation!
I was really struggling trying to write a 2000+ article but with these templates I can break it up into manageable sections, its just a case of filling in the blanks really, thanks again!
